Creator, Program Director UK & CEO
“I created BOOGIE EFFECT after having my three children and struggled desperately to fit back into my normal clothes. Many of us have been there! Having danced all my life, this was the way I knew how to stay fit as well as all the other health benefits dance has to offer.
What began as a group of mums having a BOOGIE together once a week soon turned into packed classes of eager groovers dancing their way to fitness. BOOGIE EFFECT was born!
Since 2010 I have spent my time studying, developing my knowledge, collaborating and refining the program to make it one of the BEST dance fitness programs on the market. Our aim is to deliver a program that meets the needs of our clients 100% and provide you with a fun and rewarding experience to meet your fitness goals.”

Technique Consultant, Master Trainer & Program Director Australia
“With over 20 years experience in dance performance and teaching, I have been lucky enough to work for many years within a field which is my true passion. My eight years of extensive training in London set me up as a dance artist where I had the opportunity to work with many recognised and renowned choreographers. I now teach and choreograph on a freelance basis, having taught a variety of ages between 3 to 70 years and specialise in dance technique, choreography and mentoring.
Following my move to Australia in 2012, I have been developing my knowledge of fitness through extensive yoga and Pilates programs which has hugely enhanced my teaching methods and approaches to technique and body awareness.
Frances and I worked together for many years and it is wonderful to be collaborating again. I am very excited to be part of the BOOGIE EFFECT team and to bring my knowledge and expertise to this fun and effective program.”
